I went back to Bangkok in March. This time around, I knew how it works, it wasn’t so overwhelming anymore and I wasn’t alone 🙌🏼. I came back to meet friends and attend the DNX Conference, a conference for digital nomads and location independent workers.

I remember that one day I went to see the “famous” Khao San Road. It was worse than expected. Loud music, douchey westerners, and lots of intrusive street vendors who tried to sell me stuff. That was what was many backpacker’s first impression of Thailand? Yikes.

I hung out with my friend Melly a few times, it was the start of her Thailand holiday and we recorded an interview for my Vlog. We took some photos but we switched camera lenses. I love her 17mm 1.8 lens, it’s so nice – the shots are amazing.

I fell in love with Bangkok’s architecture. To me, many of the skyscrapers look like 3D renderings, especially with Bangkok’s often cloudless sky. I spent hours walking and driving around, taking photos and videos.
